Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had both positives and negatives. The rooms, although nicely decorated, were smaller than expected and had a terrible smell possibly due to a drain issue. Additionally, the frequent load shedding made it a hassle to carry bags up and down the stairs to the first floor. On the bright side, the service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially during breakfast with my family. The location was convenient, close to amenities and local restaurants, although parking was tight. The dining experience was satisfactory but started a bit too early. Overall, a mixed experience worth considering.
I felt like I was staying in an apartment block rather than a boutique hotel, with large and indulging bathrooms but a lack of atmosphere. The adjacent rented apartments caused a noticeable unpleasant smell, likely due to a bathroom drain issue.
The hotel offers modern and beautifully decorated rooms, ensuring a memorable stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms with double windows provide a peaceful environment, though parking may be a bit of a challenge. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful, though there was a slight delay in arrival time. The location is ideal, in the heart of Stellenbosch with easy access to restaurants and bars, despite some noise issues. The dining options, while tasty, could offer a wider variety. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
